Screens keep ground herb in the chamber and out of the mouthpiece. Over time they clog with residue, which makes the draw tighter and affects the taste. Replacing them is cheap and is one of the easiest ways to keep your vaporizer working like new.

How often should I replace my screens?
When the draw feels tight or the screen stays dark after cleaning. Soaking screens in isopropyl alcohol helps them last longer.

Fine, normal or coarse?
Fine screens hold back the smallest particles, which suits a fine grind. Coarse screens give more airflow. Normal screens sit in between.
